Module complex 

Real/imaginary input: conversion to magnitude and phase.

complex_to_mag_phase also detects and undoes alternate-slice π “chopping” (a reconstruction artefact common in GE real/imaginary exports), deciding once for all echoes, and can negate the phase for vendors (GE) whose real/imaginary phase runs opposite to the Siemens/Philips convention.
