msmv.m: mSMV-filter a local field (see the module docs).

Arguments

• rdf - The local field in radians over the echo spacing, as MEDI’s RDF (nx·ny·nz)
• mask - The brain mask the field is defined on (1 = brain), not eroded
• r2s - R2* in Hz (arlo.m), for the vessel mask
• grid - Dimensions and voxel sizes (mm); each axis needs at least 3 voxels
• radius - Prefilter / boundary radius in mm (MEDI’s SMV radius, default 5)
• b0 - B0_mag in tesla: sets tmin = 0.01·b0/3 rad
• params - MsmvParams
