The image a section with this input thresholds (see the module docs).

§Arguments

  • input - Which data source to use
  • phases - Per-echo wrapped phase (for MaskingInput::PhaseQuality)
  • magnitudes - Per-echo magnitude, all echoes (optionally homogeneity-corrected)
  • metadata - Scan metadata

§Errors

PipelineError::InvalidInput if the input needs data that was not supplied, or a volume does not match the grid.
