The magnitude a section with this input works from (see the module docs): echo 1, the root-sum-of-squares over echoes, or the last echo. MaskingInput::PhaseQuality uses the RSS. None when there are no magnitudes.

This is also the magnitude the section’s BET, HD-BET, RS2-Net and signal-gated erosion see, so a host that applies a section’s ops itself through apply_mask_ops should pass it as magnitude.

Errors

PipelineError::InvalidInput if an echo does not match the grid.
