The high-pass filtered, echo-combined phase that drives the SWI phase mask.
As CLEARSWI.jl’s getcombinedphase for its three unwrapping options. With several echoes
the result is a frequency map (φ / (2π·TE), Hz for TEs in seconds); with one echo it is
the filtered phase in radians. Zero outside mask.
