VsharpGrid

Enum VsharpGrid

Source
pub enum VsharpGrid {
    Native,
    IsotropicFinest,
    Isotropic {
        spacing_mm: f64,
    },
}
Expand description

Grid V-SHARP estimates the background field on. See the module docs.

Variants§

§

Native

The input voxel grid (no resampling). The enum’s Default; VsharpParams defaults to Isotropic at STI_GRID_MM.

§

IsotropicFinest

An isotropic grid at the smallest input voxel dimension (e.g. 0.3 mm for 0.3 × 0.3 × 1 mm): no axis is coarsened. Isotropic input runs on the native grid.

§

Isotropic

An isotropic grid of spacing_mm, anchored at the mask’s bounding box. The background is estimated there and interpolated back; the local field keeps native resolution.

Fields

§spacing_mm: f64

Working-grid voxel size in mm; must be finite and > 0.

Implementations§

Source§

impl VsharpGrid

Source

pub const ANISOTROPY_TOLERANCE: f64 = 0.01

Voxels count as isotropic for IsotropicFinest when the largest voxel dimension exceeds the smallest by at most this fraction (1 %), so header rounding does not trigger a resample.

Source

pub fn resolve(self, voxel_size: (f64, f64, f64)) -> Self

This choice resolved for voxel_size: IsotropicFinest becomes Isotropic at the smallest voxel dimension, or Native when the voxels are isotropic. The others are returned as is.
