Fields§

§noise_fill_fraction: Option<f64>

Replace exactly-zero phase with uniform noise on (-π, π] when at least this fraction of the output is zero, as QSMxT 8.x did (QSMXT8_NOISE_FILL_FRACTION). Default None: the empty corners of an oblique volume stay at zero.

The fill was meant to keep a region-growing unwrapper away from a large block of identical zeros, but the corners have zero magnitude, so ROMEO’s magnitude coherence already makes their edges invalid. With the object inside the field of view the fill changes nothing; where the mask reaches the edge of the resampled field of view it shifts χ by a few percent with the noise seed, which adds variance between scans of the same subject.

impl<T> Downcast for T
where T: Any,

§

fn into_any(self: Box<T>) -> Box<dyn Any>

Converts Box<dyn Trait> (where Trait: Downcast) to Box<dyn Any>, which can then be downcast into Box<dyn ConcreteType> where ConcreteType implements Trait.
§
