DipoleOp

Struct DipoleOp

struct DipoleOp {
    fft_ws: Fft3dWorkspace,
    kernel: Vec<f64>,
    n: usize,
    mask_idx: Vec<usize>,
    buf: Vec<Complex64>,
    full: Vec<f64>,
    scatter: Vec<f64>,
}
Expand description

Dipole forward/adjoint operator over a padded grid, with mask gather/scatter.

Fields§

§fft_ws: Fft3dWorkspace§kernel: Vec<f64>§n: usize§mask_idx: Vec<usize>§buf: Vec<Complex64>§full: Vec<f64>§scatter: Vec<f64>

Reused scatter buffer for the adjoint. Non-mask positions are only ever written to zero (at construction) and never touched again, so the mask scatter needs no per-call clear.

Implementations§

Source§

impl DipoleOp

Source

fn new(grid: &Grid, bdir: (f64, f64, f64), mask_idx: Vec<usize>) -> Self

Source

fn apply(&mut self, x: &[f64], out: &mut [f64])

real(ifftn(D .* fftn(x))) for a full-volume real input.

Source

fn field_masked(&mut self, x_full: &[f64]) -> Vec<f64>

Masked dipole field: A.times(x) — gather the dipole of x_full at the mask.

Source

fn adjoint_full(&mut self, y_masked: &[f64]) -> Vec<f64>

Adjoint: scatter masked real vector to full volume, apply dipole (self-adjoint).

impl<T> Downcast for T
where T: Any,

§

fn into_any(self: Box<T>) -> Box<dyn Any>

Converts Box<dyn Trait> (where Trait: Downcast) to Box<dyn Any>, which can then be downcast into Box<dyn ConcreteType> where ConcreteType implements Trait.
§

fn into_any_rc(self: Rc<T>) -> Rc<dyn Any>

Converts Rc<Trait> (where Trait: Downcast) to Rc<Any>, which can then be further downcast into Rc<ConcreteType> where ConcreteType implements Trait.
§

fn as_any(&self) -> &(dyn Any + 'static)

Converts &Trait (where Trait: Downcast) to &Any. This is needed since Rust cannot generate &Any’s vtable from &Trait’s.
§

fn as_any_mut(&mut self) -> &mut (dyn Any + 'static)

Converts &mut Trait (where Trait: Downcast) to &Any. This is needed since Rust cannot generate &mut Any’s vtable from &mut Trait’s.
