pub enum TfiPrecision {
Double,
Single,
}Expand description
Arithmetic of tfi’s Gauss-Newton iterations.
Variants§
Double
Double precision throughout. The default.
Single
MATLAB’s single precision, as MEDI_L1.m ends up running: it makes the data weight from
tempn = single(N_std), and MATLAB’s mixed arithmetic then makes the weight, the data,
every operator output, every CG vector and the iterate single (an array op with one
single operand is single). Here: every array is f32, with f32 FFTs, and the double
operands (P, the edge mask, ε, after MERIT the reweighted data weight) are rounded to
single where they meet a single one; inner products are accumulated in double and
rounded. The parity option for the MEDI toolbox’s TFI (astewartau/QSM.rs#407).
