}
Expand description

What TGV-QSM reconstructs from. Both carry the echo time and field strength that turn the input into phase in rad, the units the reference (and α) work in.

Variants§

§

FieldPpm

Unwrapped total (or local) field in ppm, e.g. a multi-echo field map. It is scaled to phase at the echo time TgvParams::te picks from echo_times, and its Laplacian is the ordinary discrete Laplacian.

Fields

§field: &'a [f64]

Field in ppm.

§echo_times: &'a [f64]

The scan’s echo times in seconds, in acquisition order.

§b0_t: f64

Field strength in Tesla.

§

WrappedPhase

One wrapped echo in rad (the original single-step TGV-QSM). Its Laplacian is the sin/cos (DEL) identity.

Fields

§phase: &'a [f64]

Wrapped phase in rad.

§te_s: f64

Echo time of phase in seconds.

§b0_t: f64

Field strength in Tesla.

Source

fn te_b0(&self, te: EchoTime) -> Result<(f64, f64), String>
