pub enum WhQsmWeight {
Flat,
MaxNormalised,
InVivo,
}Expand description
The data weight (see the module docs).
Variants§
Flat
1 everywhere, no magnitude: WH_nlTV.m’s own default when params.weight is not
given (W = ones(N), then squared; lines 70-75). The data term covers the whole
volume; the mask still confines x and the harmonic penalty.
MaxNormalised
mask.*mag / max(mask.*mag): FANSI’s WH-QSM example (script_DICOM_Philips.m)
without its T2*-fit and noise maps. Needs the magnitude.
InVivo
min(2*mask*mag/max(mag), 1): FANSI’s script_invivo.m, as NDI uses. Needs the
magnitude.
