MotionReference

Enum MotionReference

Source
pub enum MotionReference {
    First,
    Last,
    Index(usize),
}
Expand description

Which volume of the series the rest are aligned onto.

The reference defines the output grid and is itself left untouched, so it is the one volume that never passes through an interpolator. Prefer the volume with the best SNR and the least motion; for a multi-echo series that is conventionally the first echo, which is also what the published UTE procedure uses.

Variants§

§

First

The first volume — the first echo, or the first repeat.

§

Last

The last volume.

§

Index(usize)

A specific index. Out of range makes estimate_motion return None.
