A series of volumes put onto the reference grid, with the B0 direction each was acquired under. The “pass downstream” half of Tier A.
Fields§
§magnitudes: Vec<Vec<f64>>Per-volume magnitude on the reference grid.
phases: Vec<Vec<f64>>Per-volume wrapped phase on the reference grid, moved through the complex domain so the wraps survived.
bdirs: Vec<(f64, f64, f64)>Per-volume B0 direction in the reference grid’s voxel frame — VolumeMotion::bdir,
flattened for handing straight to a multi-orientation inversion.
coverage: Vec<u8>Reference voxels every volume of the series reaches. Resampling can only fill the part of the reference grid a rotated volume still covers, so the rest is not data; masking to this intersection is what keeps an edge of zeros out of a field fit.
motion: MotionSeriesThe motion that was estimated and applied.
