pub enum DecomposeChiBound {
Ppm(f64),
EchoSpacing,
}Expand description
The bound on |χ| in DECOMPOSE’s stage-3 search ([0, −bound] to [bound, 0]), see the
module docs, The χ bound.
Variants§
Ppm(f64)
A fixed bound in ppm. The authors’ is 0.5 (Chen et al. 2021, §2.2), the default.
EchoSpacing
π / ((2/3)·γ·B0·ΔTE_max), the largest |χ| whose phase step between echoes stays under π,
so that unwrapping along the echoes is unambiguous; ΔTE_max is the largest of TE₁ and
the echo spacings. A tuning value: 0.3145 ppm at 7 T with 8 ms spacing.
Implementations§

impl DecomposeChiBound
Sourcepub fn resolve(self, b0: f64, echo_times: &[f64]) -> Result<f64, InputError>
pub fn resolve(self, b0: f64, echo_times: &[f64]) -> Result<f64, InputError>
The bound in ppm at field b0 (T) and echo_times (s, in acquisition order). Errors if
it is not ≥ 0 (a negative bound leaves the fit’s lower bound above its upper one), or for
EchoSpacing not a finite positive bound (no echoes, a time ≤ 0).
