pub enum FslLeftRightOrder {
Radiological,
Neurological,
}Expand description
How FSL stores an image’s left-right axis, which decides whether FSL flips it on reading
(FslGetLeftRightOrder2, fslio.c; read_volume calls makeradiological()): an image
whose sform (or, without one, qform) has a negative determinant is radiological and read as
it is; one with a positive determinant is neurological and FSL reverses its x axis before bet2
sees it (and back when saving). The mesh is not symmetric, so the flip changes the mask.
Variants§
Radiological
Negative determinant (or no orientation): processed as stored.
Neurological
Positive determinant: x reversed for processing, as FSL does.
Implementations§
Source§impl FslLeftRightOrder
impl FslLeftRightOrder
Sourcepub fn from_affine(affine: Option<&[f64; 16]>) -> Self
pub fn from_affine(affine: Option<&[f64; 16]>) -> Self
From a voxel-to-world affine (row-major 4×4, the sform or else the qform the image was
read with). None (no orientation) and a determinant within 1e-12 of 0 are
radiological, as in FSL.
